MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- initiate and manage commercial real estate development projects at Vilnius, Kaunas and Palanga airports;
- analyze the international land development market at airports and the local real estate market (conduct competitive environment research, profitability calculations, project evaluation, etc.);
- participate in forming the company's commercial (investment) real estate development strategy;
- actively search for investors, conduct negotiations with potential clients, organize land lease auctions;
- coordinate the conclusion of commercial contracts and their administration;
- maintain relations with existing and potential clients and business partners - MRO (aircraft repair and maintenance), cargo transportation and other aviation-related companies, commercial real estate developers;
- contribute to the formation and implementation of the commercial real estate development strategy of Lithuanian airports;
- cooperate with Lithuanian and international consultants on issues of commercial real estate development and land development at airports.
IMPORTANT FOR THIS POSITION:
- higher university education;
- at least 3 years of work experience in commercial real estate development;
- knowledge of investment project management;
- knowledge of the principles of commercial real estate (buildings, premises and land plots) sale, lease and development;
- good knowledge of English (level B1);
- good project management skills;
- category B driver's license;
- impeccable reputation according to the requirements of the Law on Aviation of the Republic of Lithuania.
