You will start your work by assisting the Real Estate Project Manager in performing the functions of the company's real estate project developer:
You will start your work by assisting the Real Estate Project Manager in performing the functions of the company's real estate project developer:
- implementation of development, design, construction and sales activities of residential buildings and other real estate objects;
- management of project documentation;
- control of economic and financial indicators, deadlines, and quality of projects;
- forecasting project results, preparing monthly reports;
- preparation of materials for the state commission for the completion of construction;
- implementation of acceptance of completed construction works from the contractor and transfer to the warranty service;
- management of changes and transfer of real estate to clients.
Competencies required
- higher education (civil engineering) or final year student;
- ability to use IT tools;
- responsibility, initiative;
- communication skills;
- knowledge of English.
