This is an independent, broad and result-oriented position for someone who is able to manage properties, projects, contractors, tenants, budgets and deadlines.

This is an independent, broad and result-oriented position for someone who is able to manage properties, projects, contractors, tenants, budgets and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Daily maintenance and administration of real estate objects.
- Coordination of rental processes, maintenance of relations with tenants and search for new tenants.
- Issuing / administering invoices and transferring information to accounting.
- Coordination of real estate purchase, sale and rental transactions.
- Planning and implementation of new real estate projects in Lithuania and abroad.
- Supervision of repair, construction and installation works.
- Selection, negotiations and work control of contractors, suppliers and partners.
- Control of budgets, estimates, deadlines and costs.
- Coordination of the development of the Grundhouse website and real estate advertising platform.
- Supervision of the accuracy of property ads, descriptions, photos, prices and data.
We hope:
- 3-5+ years of experience in real estate, construction, project management or asset management.
- Practical understanding of the real estate market, construction, renovation and operation processes.
- Experience working with contractors, suppliers, tenants and partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Financial literacy: budgets, estimates, cost control.
- Strong negotiation, organizational and priority management skills.
- Administrative disciplines: invoices, documents, deadlines, records.
- English language and the ability to travel.
- Independence, responsibility and result orientation.
