Your responsibilities:

• Prepare contracts and other documents.
• Coordinate the collection of documents/materials necessary for the real estate sales process.
• Work with the CRM system.
• Communicate with clients during the sales process and help resolve practical issues that arise.
• Prepare preliminary contracts and coordinate notarial transactions.
• Occasionally accept client inquiries by phone.
