We are looking for someone to help coordinate the real estate projects we are developing. The work is not monotonous - every day is different. One day you will need to coordinate the work of contractors, the next - prepare documents, contact clients or collect the necessary information for the project.
If you like order, are able to plan work and are not afraid to communicate with people - this position may be for you.

Managing project documents and information.
Communicating with clients, contractors, designers and partners.
Administration of rental and sale of real estate objects.
Coordination of object inspections.
Preparation and updating of real estate advertisements.
Collection and comparison of commercial offers.
Tracking deadlines and reminders to responsible people.
Assistance in daily coordination of real estate development projects.

The company offers
Salary 900–1 300 € in cash.
Starting salary depends on experience.
Salary increases not according to time worked, but according to acquired competencies, independence and assumed responsibility. During the training, we will introduce you to real estate development processes, project coordination and our work system, so we are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company.
