● Management and coordination of the development process of real estate projects from the initial concept to the completion of construction.
● Organization of the design process, formation of design tasks and control of design solutions.
● Drawing up design work schedules, control of deadlines and results.
● Cooperation with architects, designers, contractors, consultants and other project participants.
● Organization of coordination of design solutions, management of the process of obtaining construction permits.
● Communication with state and municipal institutions, representation of the interests of the company.
● Evaluation and optimization of design solutions, taking into account their economic feasibility, quality and implementation deadlines.
● Preparation of project budgets and control of implementation costs in cooperation with other team members.
● Identification of risks, problem solving and independent decision-making within the limits of one's responsibility.
● Coordination of construction completion procedures and organization of handover of objects.

● Higher education in civil engineering, architecture or another related field.
● At least 5 years of experience in the field of real estate project development, design or construction project management.
● Practical experience in successfully implementing multi-apartment residential buildings or other real estate projects of similar complexity.
● Good knowledge of construction and territorial planning processes, design stages and legal requirements.
● Ability to independently organize work, manage several processes simultaneously and ensure the achievement of the intended results.
● Strong negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
● Analytical and economic thinking, ability to evaluate design solutions not only from a technical but also from a financial point of view.
● Initiative, responsibility, leadership and ability to make and defend decisions with reasoned arguments.
● Ability to read and analyze technical drawings and design documentation.
● Knowledge of English.
