We are looking for an independent and hands-on RE Project Manager for a growing residential RE development company.
We are currently developing small-scale residential RE projects, and we plan consistent growth in the coming years. We are looking for someone who would manage the entire project process at this stage - from design and contractor selection to construction completion.

Main responsibilities:
- Residential real estate project management from design to completion of the facility;
- Coordination of the work of architects, designers, contractors and subcontractors;
- Management of building permits, approvals and facility handover processes;
- Control of project budgets, schedules, cost and deadlines;
- Search for contractors and suppliers, evaluation of offers, negotiations on prices and conditions;
- Control of the quality of construction work, additional work and their costs;
- Operational resolution of technical and organizational issues in facilities;
- Search for new plots and evaluation of potential real estate projects;
- Regular presentation of project progress, budget, deadlines and key risks to shareholders.
What do we expect?
- 2–5 years of practical experience in residential real estate construction or development projects;
- Experience with individual houses, cottages, duplexes or small residential house projects - an advantage;
- Good knowledge of the entire construction process - from design to handover of the object;
- Ability to read project documentation and understand construction technologies;
- Ability to create and control project budgets and cost;
- Orientation in construction work and material prices;
- Ability to independently coordinate several projects at the same time;
- Practical approach, ability to make decisions quickly and take responsibility for the result;
- Available contacts of contractors, subcontractors or suppliers - an advantage.
