Nature of work:
- Preparation and maintenance of the company's Sustainability Policy, tracking sustainability issues, creating and developing short-term and long-term sustainability strategies;
- Ensure updates of building sustainability characteristics based on BREEAM, LEED or other similar methodologies;
- Consult colleagues and clients (Tenants) on efficient energy use, CO2 emission reduction, building certification and other sustainability-related issues;
- Implement and supervise sustainable real estate management and operation projects, consult colleagues on sustainable construction issues;
- Control of natural resource use, waste management, recycling;
- Cooperate in the initiation and implementation of green energy/renewable sources (e.g. solar power plants) projects;
- Identification of resources required for the implementation of sustainability programs or projects, initiation of procurement;
- Preparation of reports and presentations on the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives, annual Social Responsibility reports;
- Organization of the company's environmental, volunteer activities and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Higher education (renewable energy, engineering, real estate management, etc.);
- Knowledge of sustainability, social and environmental management systems (BREEAM, ISO, OHSAS, etc.);
- Good knowledge of project management;
- Similar work experience (at least 1 year);
- Excellent skills in using the computer program MS Office. Ability to calculate, plan, prepare reports in Excel;
- Receptiveness to innovations, ability to quickly absorb information and apply it in practice;
- BREEAM assessor certificate would be an advantage;
- Analytical thinking, responsibility, diligence, thoroughness, initiative, ability to work in a team;
- Knowledge of English, Russian;
- Driving license (category B).
