Your responsibilities:
- Smooth and efficient management of commercial real estate (modern logistics warehouses)
- Active lease contract life cycle management: timely initiation of contract extensions, renegotiation of lease terms and implementation of revenue retention/increase strategies
- Initiation and implementation of additional value-added services in managed facilities
- Management of facility operating costs: annual budget planning, cost control, cost allocation to tenants and administration of related documentation
- Development of long-term relationships with customers, prompt resolution of problem situations and smooth communication with tenants, colleagues and contractors
- Planning, organization of repair and maintenance work and strict control of deadlines and quality
- Settlement control and debt management: monitoring of timely payments, administration of debtors and active actions to ensure financial discipline
Expectations for you:
- Commercial real estate management experience (2+ years) and higher education
- Relations with customers, contractors, etc. stakeholder management skills
- Experience in management and maintenance of existing client leases
- Experience in object cost management and distribution
- General understanding of building engineering systems
- Experience in budgeting and debt management
- English (level B1)
