Nature of work

Job Description
Preparation, administration, verification and systematization of company documents;
Filling out contracts, acts, requests and other documents and entering data;
Administration of incoming calls and e-mails, preparation of responses to clients and partners;
Coordination of client inquiries and provision of information;
Organization of meetings, maintenance and coordination of the calendar;
Ensuring daily administrative processes and assistance to team members;
Ensuring archiving of documents and order in administrative activities;
Collection, systematization and submission of information to management;
Communication with clients, partners, suppliers and state institutions;
Other administrative and organizational tasks related to the development of real estate projects.

Employee requirements

At least 1 year of administrative, customer service or similar work experience;
Excellent written and oral Lithuanian language skills, impeccable spelling;
Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail;
Ability to accurately prepare, check and complete documents;
Good computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.);
Ability to independently plan working time and effectively manage several tasks at once;
Communicative, professional communication by phone and e-mail;
Organization, initiative and ability to quickly solve daily administrative issues;
High sense of responsibility and orientation towards quality work results;
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
