Real estate development project coordinator

IVALTRO is a group of real estate development and investment companies implementing residential and commercial projects in the Klaipėda region.

We are looking for an organized, proactive person who would contribute to the organization and management of real estate development projects.
The work covers various stages of real estate project development - from work planning and coordination of contractors to coordination of technical issues and control of project progress.

The most important thing in this position is the ability to organize processes, understand the basic principles of construction and find solutions. We are looking for someone who would like to grow in this area and gradually take on more responsibilities.

Main responsibilities:

• Planning and organizing work on real estate development projects.
• Coordination of the activities of contractors, designers and other specialists.
• Monitoring the progress of projects, controlling deadlines and the execution of agreed work.
• Coordination of technical and organizational issues with project participants.
• Review of project documentation, scope of work and technical information and coordination of issues with responsible specialists.
• Searching for contractors and suppliers, collecting and comparing offers.
• Identifying emerging problems and finding possible solutions.
• Resolving everyday project implementation issues in cooperation with the company manager.

We hope that you:

• Have at least basic knowledge of construction processes and their organization.
• Understand the main stages of construction work and their sequence.
• Able to organize work, plan time and meet deadlines.
• Able to communicate with contractors, designers and other specialists.
• Able to independently search for information and possible solutions.
• You are responsible, proactive and not afraid to take responsibility.
• You work well with a computer and quickly master new work tools.

Experience in the field of construction, real estate or project coordination and the ability to read technical drawings would be an advantage.

Up to 2050 €/mon. gross
Salary depends on experience and competencies.
