Main responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Continuous Improvement program in LTG Group
- Consult managers and teams on operational efficiency and Continuous Improvement issues
- Identify performance improvement opportunities, initiate and implement changes
- Lead operational efficiency and problem solving projects, ensuring the achievement of expected results
- Facilitate structured problem solving sessions and workshops
- Assess the Continuous Improvement maturity of organizational units and provide recommendations for its strengthening
- Develop and improve Continuous Improvement methodologies, standards and practices
- Develop organizational competencies - by conducting trainings, workshops and consulting with management.
- Coordinate the Continuous Improvement Ambassadors community and dissemination of good practices
- Plan and implement Continuous Improvement communication initiatives at the Group level
- Analyze and present the value created by implemented initiatives and projects
What do we expect?
- Higher university education (in business management or another related field – an advantage)
- Successful work experience in implementing and applying Continuous Improvement, Lean, Operational Excellence or similar performance improvement methodologies
- Experience in leading cross-functional performance improvement, transformation or problem solving projects
- Ability to identify problems, conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions
- Experience in collaborating and influencing stakeholders at various levels
- Strong Lean, project and change management and facilitation skills
- Analytical thinking, result orientation and measurable business benefits
- Fluent Lithuanian, excellent English skills (B2 level and above)
- Lean, Six Sigma, Knowledge and certifications in Agile, Design Thinking, Change Management or other related methodologies are an advantage
