Monthly salary: €3,090.00 - €4,640.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the continuous improvement program
- Consult managers and teams on continuous improvement, process management and change implementation
- Analyze process value chains, identify non-value-added activities and provide suggestions for increasing operational efficiency and initiating digital transformation
- Organize and conduct systemic problem-solving sessions and coordinate cross-functional teams in search of sustainable solutions for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with business and IT teams, contribute to the organization's digital transformation projects
- Conduct training and workshops on continuous improvement, systemic problem-solving and digital transformation topics
- Consult, administer and improve Lean tools and create a continuous improvement ambassador program
What do we expect?
- Higher university education, preferably in engineering, management, logistics or a similar field
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing processes, applying continuous improvement methodologies and principles of operational efficiency
- Experience in coordinating transformation and problem-solving projects in large or complex organizations
- Ability to independently plan the activities of your own and those of your teams working together
- Ability to analyze data in a structured manner, make decisions and present conclusions in a reasoned manner
- Experience in leading workshops
- Ability to collaborate and manage stakeholder expectations
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, change management or other operational efficiency methodologies
- Fluent Lithuanian and good knowledge of English
