CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST

What will your working day look like?

👉 You will collect and process LEAN project statistics, prepare them for monthly presentation;

👉 You will monitor and implement visual system management tools;

👉 You will participate in LEAN team activities (5S; Kaizen; Asaichi);

👉 You will monitor the training platform and share information about it with other employees;

👉 You will plan current work for the week, coordinate the implementation of upcoming projects;

👉 You will have the opportunity to get acquainted with and get involved in IKEA LEAN transformation projects;

👉 You will prepare procedures and other necessary documentation.

This position is perfect for you if:

✅ You know the basics of LEAN management;

✅ Able to work on multiple projects at the same time;

✅ Able to manage large amounts of data;

✅ You are attentive, curious, want to learn and improve;

✅ You like to communicate, have good communication skills;

✅ You have good English language skills (can speak and write in English).

This position will be useful for you:

✅ Experience working in a manufacturing company.
