Monthly salary: €2,040.00 - €3,060.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered based on work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Administer existing tenant contracts, ensure renewals, terminations of existing tenant leases, review of prices and other conditions, lease additional real estate areas to existing tenants
- Provide consultations and information to existing tenants, investigate their complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Identify the needs of existing tenants, conduct its analysis, ensure implementation
- Control how tenants comply with contractual terms
- Analyze rental market trends and provide recommendations for strategic rental decisions
- Represent the company in negotiations with clients on determining or amending the terms of lease agreements
- Prepare necessary reports and annual revenue budgets related to rental properties
- Determine the occupancy of existing tenants' real estate, systematize employment data, provide proposals for employment optimization
- Enter data on contracts and tenants into the information system, ensure data relevance
What do we expect?
- Higher education
- Work experience in the field of real estate administration
- Experience working with real estate databases, good SAP4HANA or other ERP system skills
- Ability to manage information, collect, systematize, summarize and draw conclusions
- Excellent MS Office computer skills
- Category B driver's license
- Logical and analytical thinking
- Excellent negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent Lithuanian, English knowledge at least B2 level
