Rental Coordinator

UAB "Vitalit" is a private equity company that focuses its activities on the development of real estate projects, management and administration of rental processes.

The company's team has accumulated many years of practical experience in the field of real estate - from the development and management of objects to the organization of rental and coordination of daily issues. We prioritize effective process management, long-term cooperation and practical solutions.

We are currently expanding the direction of real estate rental and administration and are looking for a team to work remotely, using automated IT systems, but performing some of the work functions in our administered real estate objects in Vilnius OR Kaunas.

If you are able to independently combine remote work and work in one of these cities, you know how to independently organize your day, communicate with people, sell, manage several processes at the same time and resolve emerging issues - this position may be for you.

Your main goal is to ensure that the rental process runs smoothly, the objects are rented, the number of administered real estate increases, and issues are resolved professionally and smoothly.

Job functions:

• You will coordinate the residential real estate rental processes from including the real estate object in the automated system, renting the object, accepting and transferring the premises;
• You will communicate with potential and existing clients, real estate owners, tenants, brokers and maintenance service providers;
• You will work with new clients and sales;
• You will supervise real estate advertisements, prices and preparation of objects for rent;
• You will coordinate the work of craftsmen, cleaners, a broker in another city and other partners in administered real estate objects;
• You will ensure monitoring of the rental management platform and key performance indicators;
• You will solve everyday situations and look for ways to make processes faster and more efficient;
• periodically visit managed properties in Vilnius OR Kaunas.

We expect someone who is able to manage their own working day and take responsibility for the result.

Are you also interested in international real estate?
One of our developing areas of activity is the French real estate market. Therefore, knowledge of French would be a great advantage and would make it possible to get involved in the development of this area.

• are good at using a computer and quickly understand new systems;
• are able to communicate in English and Russian.

Experience in the field of real estate, rental or property administration is an advantage, but not necessary.
