We are looking for someone who is interested in sales, negotiations, real estate and retail business. We expect initiative, independence and orientation towards results. Ability to manage the process from the first contact with a potential tenant to signing the contract, as well as a desire to cooperate and be part of a team.

Nature of work
- Active search for new tenants for shopping centers and other managed commercial real estate objects;
- Search, selection of potential tenants, analysis of their needs and business opportunities;
- Participation in the creation and development of concepts for renting shopping centers and other commercial real estate objects and the tenant mix;
- Preparation, presentation and negotiations with potential tenants;
- Preparation and coordination of lease agreements, agreements and other rental-related documents;
- Analysis of the commercial real estate market, monitoring market trends and identifying new opportunities;
- Active involvement in the management and development of commercial real estate.
Employee requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, commercial real estate, retail or other related field;
- Interest in shopping centers and brands, knowledge of their specifics is an advantage;
- Higher university education;
- Ability to independently organize work, manage multiple projects and achieve agreed results;
- Good computer skills, excellent MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint management skills;
- Very good written and oral English language skills;
- Driver's license (category B).
