Rental Manager

URMO shopping mall is one of the largest shopping and service malls in Lithuania, located in Kaunas. More than 70,000 sq. m of leasable area combines hundreds of shopping, service and catering outlets, which are visited by thousands of customers every day.
Our territory is home to well-known Lithuanian and international brands, retail and wholesale companies, service providers and leisure operators. We are constantly investing in the development of the shopping mall, improving infrastructure and creating new business opportunities.

Lease of commercial real estate (trade, warehousing and other premises);
Active search for new tenants and maintenance of relations with existing clients;
Negotiations with potential tenants, preparation of commercial offers, coordination and conclusion of lease agreements;
Analysis of tenants' needs and proposal of the most suitable solutions;
Planning of the lease budget, control of execution and analysis of results;
Risk assessment, analysis of financial indicators, debt control;
Coordination and supervision of lease administration processes;
Monitoring of commercial real estate market trends and identification of new business opportunities;
Cooperation with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth customer service and business growth.

Have at least 2 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, administration, sales or business development (a big advantage);
Have a higher education in management, business administration, economics, real estate or a similar field;
Have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills;
Are interested in the real estate market, the trade sector and business trends;
Understand the specifics of the activities of different brands and are able to identify their needs;
Are organized, independent, responsible and result-oriented;
Have good computer skills, have worked with business management systems (NAV, BSS or similar), and Excel is not just a table with cells for you, but also a daily work tool for data analysis, planning and decision-making;
Are able to analyze information, assess risks and make informed decisions;
You are a team player, striving for professional growth and willing to contribute to the development of one of the largest shopping malls in Lithuania.

2200-2700 €/mon. gross
The salary depends on the employee's experience and competences.
