Nature of work
We are looking for a rental manager to take care of our rental apartments in Vilnius. We manage more than 1200 apartments in Vilnius, Kaunas and Šiauliai - you will be responsible for the Vilnius properties.
You will not have to search for properties or make cold calls - the properties and tenant flow are already there. Your job is to bring them together.
Finding tenants for residential and commercial properties
Showing premises to potential tenants
Coordination of tenant eviction: coordination, documentation, signing of acts
Preparation of rental agreements according to ready-made templates
Working with our own platform - all requests and properties in one place

Employee requirements
We expect you to:
Able to communicate clearly and professionally
Responsible, organized and independent
Speak English and Russian at a conversational level
Have a driver's license; car is an advantage (we compensate for fuel and wear and tear)
Experience in real estate or customer service would be an advantage
