IN THIS POSITION YOU:
- You will consult with incoming business and private clients, take care of clarifying their needs and finding the best solution
- You will fill in the documentation (acceptance - transfer acts, invoices, conclusion of contracts, signing, etc.)
- You will independently prepare/issue the equipment used, take care of its delivery to clients
- You will proactively search for the best suitable solutions for clients, ensuring continuity of cooperation
- If necessary - you will help your colleagues, because an important value in the company is that everyone works for a common goal - ensuring the best customer experience and achieving a team result

WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Have 2+ years of customer service, managerial or organizational experience
- Love to communicate with people and help them, and take your work seriously
- You are a positive, proactive person with good communication skills
- Have experience with technical products
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Advantage – you communicate in English and/or Russian
