Minimal knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating contract law
General understanding of building engineering systems, energy resources and utility accounting
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong sense of responsibility for decisions made
Logical thinking and result orientation
Driver's license (category B)
Flawless Lithuanian language, both spoken and written
