A real estate development and management company invites you to join the team as a RENTAL MANAGER. We are looking for a responsible, proactive and result-oriented team member who would attract new tenants, maintain relationships with existing ones and ensure a smooth commercial real estate rental process. If you are interested in real estate, like communicating with clients, are able to negotiate and manage processes, we are waiting for you!
Nature of work
- Administer the rental processes of commercial real estate owned or managed by the company;
- Search for and attract potential tenants, prepare rental advertisements and organize and conduct inspections of objects;
- Prepare commercial rental offers and participate in negotiations;
- Prepare and administer rental agreements, their annexes, agreements and other related documents;
- Monitor the implementation of contracts, ensure control over compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines;
- Organize the transfer and acceptance of property, prepare related documents;
- Consult tenants and coordinate the resolution of their inquiries and rental-related issues;
- Analyze the commercial real estate market, rental prices and competitive environment.
We hope you:
- Have a higher education;
- Have at least 2 years of experience in the field of real estate leasing;
- Knowledge of the principles of contract preparation and administration, understand the main aspects of contract law;
- Work well with Microsoft Office programs;
- Excellent oral and written communication in English;
- Able to negotiate, establish relationships with customers and solve problems;
- Are proactive, diligent and able to plan work independently;
- Have a category B driver's license.

Salary
From 1900 to 2400 EUR (cash on delivery). The salary will depend on your work experience and results and will be further discussed and agreed upon during negotiations with the selected candidate.
