Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Remote Customer Service Center Manager to the Artea bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, would be open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

You will be #closer every day and:

• You will communicate with our clients by phone, advise them on the services provided by the bank;
• You will create and develop sustainable relationships with existing and potential private and business clients of Artea Bank;
• You will find business opportunities - actively and comprehensively offer the services of the Artea Bank Group;
• You will solve the daily questions and problems of the client yourself or by directing the necessary competence to employees, you will help find the most suitable financial solutions;
• You will improve your knowledge of bank products and services and gain valuable customer service experience;
• You will work in a bank that was rated as the Bank with the best customer service in 2025.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Be communicative and focused on clients and results;
• Have experience in customer service, sales (in a financial company - an advantage);
• Attention, diligence, positive thinking, ability to cooperate and work in a team;
• Strong communication, conflict management skills;
• Good computer skills (Forpost program - an advantage);
• Smooth and reasoned communication in correct Lithuanian (Russian or English is an advantage).

• Salary. The specific remuneration will depend on work experience and competencies, therefore we only indicate the possible range: from 1600.00 to 2400.00 EUR excluding taxes.

To be #closer - the schedule must suit you. You will work according to the total working time, and the working hours will be coordinated according to an individual agreement (customer service line is open from 8:00 to 22:00).
