We are looking for a colleague who:
- ensure effective and high-quality planning and management of the Remote Consulting Department;
- organize and coordinate the activities of the department and achieve the established performance results;
- form and improve remote customer consulting processes by telephone, in writing, via video channels and other digital means;
- initiate and implement operational efficiency, innovation and digitalization solutions;
- form and implement the department's operational goals, objectives and strategic initiatives;
- ensure high quality of customer service and effective processing of customer inquiries;
- analyze the department's performance results, identify improvement opportunities and provide suggestions for improving performance;
- mobilize the team for common goals, develop employee competencies and ensure the achievement of their performance results.
In this position, it is important for us:
- higher university degree or equivalent;
- at least 3 years of experience in managing a department or project group;
- at least 3 years of work experience in remote (call, contact center) customer service activities;
- knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union necessary for the performance of the functions of the position;
- ability to organize and ensure professional customer consulting via remote channels;
- excellent information analysis, systematization, generalization and decision-making skills;
- English language proficiency at least B1 level;
- be able to professionally and effectively ensure the organization of consulting via remote channels: telephone, written (letters), video, chatbots (chatbot-chat), social networks, etc.;
- be able to promote innovation and digitalization;
- good skills in working with Microsoft Office programs and information systems;
- Compliance with the requirements set out in the Law on the Protection of Objects Important for Ensuring National Security of the Republic of Lithuania;
- Strategic thinking, organization, responsibility, initiative, results-oriented, professionalism and impeccable reputation.
