Remote E-commerce Operations Administrator | up to 5 hours/day

We are looking for a responsible E-commerce Operations Administrator who would carry out daily customer service and order administration operations.

This is a flexible part-time job, perfect for those looking for additional income in addition to individual activities, freelance projects, studies or other work.

Work volume

• About 100 hours per month
• On average 5 hours per working day

Salary

• €800 / month (gross).

• Customer emails and comments administration and communication with customers in English
• Shopify and Amazon order administration
• Preparing shipping labels and packing slips for daily orders
• Order correction and assistance in resolving order-related issues
• Assistance in administering customer inquiries and problem situations

Important:

• Working hours: Monday to Friday. Although most of the work can be done flexibly, some daily tasks must be performed at set intervals during the working day: in the morning between 8:00–11:00 and in the afternoon between 15:00–18:00. These tasks usually take about 30–60 min. per interval. The remaining tasks can be performed flexibly during the day.
• Candidates must be engaged in individual activity or ready to start it.
