- Serve and consult private and business clients remotely (by phone and in writing)
- Sell bank products and services
- Resolve non-standard situations, involving colleagues from other departments
- Perform other tasks related to customer service
ABOUT YOU:
- Are characterized by positivity, initiative, responsibility and openness to innovations
- Have excellent communication skills, are able to quickly absorb knowledge and make decisions
- Are an initiative, driven personality and strive for improvement
- Able to work independently
- Have good knowledge of Russian and/or English (an advantage)
