Distance learning designer

We are looking for a creative, technologically advanced and quality-oriented team member to contribute to the development and improvement of distance learning. In this position, you will be responsible for creating asynchronous distance learning content, improving the learning experience, and providing technical support to learners and lecturers working with our LMS platform.

Create and improve asynchronous distance learning content based on material prepared by content experts, using various digital tools, including Articulate and AI solutions.

Structure training materials so that they are clear, engaging and effective for learners.

Ensure the quality, interactivity, consistency and good user experience of distance learning courses.

Provide technical support to lecturers and learners working with the LMS platform.

Collaborate with content experts and lecturers, helping to transform their knowledge into attractive and effective distance learning.

Oversee and improve distance learning processes, taking into account best practices and audience needs.

Collaborate with the marketing and management team to ensure the best possible product-market fit.

You have experience in creating e-learning or distance asynchronous training content.

You know how to work with tools such as Articulate or similar e-learning development platforms.

You are interested in and able to practically apply AI tools for content creation and optimization.

You understand the principles of distance learning, the specifics of adult learning and are able to apply them in practice.

You are able to ensure high quality of training content and a smooth learner experience.

You are ready to provide technical support and communicate clearly with lecturers and clients.

You are able to work independently, plan your work and collaborate in a team.

You have experience working with LMS systems.

You have created interactive training, tests, assignments or other digital learning solutions.

You have experience in evaluating and improving training quality and user engagement.
