The amount of your remuneration will be determined by your individual efforts and initiative. This is not a job from 8 am to 5 pm with a fixed salary, this is your personal business, which you will create using proven training and business systems. No employment contract is concluded with the selected candidates. Brokers conduct their business individually, on the basis of a cooperation agreement.
