Once logged in, your responsibilities will be:
- Managing the team of solar parks, storage systems, other maintenance and operation, technical or consulting services, ensuring their smooth operation;
- Ensuring the quality of service and maintenance processes, actively coordinating resources, so that the work is performed qualitatively and in accordance with the obligations to customers, in compliance with applicable legislation, service instructions, schedules;
- Managing the tasks and priorities of internal and external resources, helping the teams assess all necessary aspects and ensuring that the plans they have prepared are justified and successfully implemented, and all contractual obligations to customers are fulfilled;
- Evaluating the plans, schedules and reports prepared by the teams, ensuring their quality and adaptation to customers and their activities;
- Optimizing service performance, improving processes, increasing operational efficiency;
- Monitoring service project costs, ensuring their timely recording and compliance with the budgets;
- Ensuring that customers are provided with all services stipulated in the contracts, and are constantly informed about all relevant events or results;
- Analyzing the results of team work, assessing risks, providing proposals for improving processes, ensuring compliance of processes with established procedures, initiating their updating or improvement;
- Organizing actions between coordinators, dispatchers and subcontractors during incidents or critical situations, ensuring timely resolution of problems.
Expectations for your competence:
- Higher education (higher education in electrical engineering or engineering would be an advantage);
- At least 2 years of experience as a project manager in the renewable energy sector;
- Experience managing a team of specialists in the solar energy sector;
- Knowledge of electrical engineering and/or the operation of solar power plants and BESS;
- Ability to plan processes, prioritize activities, and solve challenges in a time and resource-limited environment;
- Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills;
- Good computer skills, experience working with business management systems;
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) (B2-C1 level).
