You will work with the largest European developers, builders, manufacturers and partners, coordinate service and maintenance activities, mobilize teams and ensure the highest quality of services. Nature of work:
- Lead the team of solar parks, storage systems, other maintenance and operation, technical or consulting services, ensuring their smooth, high-quality and efficient work;
- Ensure smooth execution of service and maintenance processes, actively coordinating resources, so that the work is performed with quality and in accordance with the obligations to customers, in compliance with applicable legislation, service instructions, schedules;
- Manage the tasks and priorities of internal and external resources, helping the teams to assess all necessary aspects and ensuring that the plans they have prepared are justified and successfully implemented, and all contractual obligations to customers are fulfilled;
- Evaluate the plans, schedules and reports prepared by the teams, ensuring their quality and adaptation to customers and their activities;
- Optimize the performance of services, improve processes, and make activities more efficient;
- Monitor the costs of service projects, ensure their timely recording and compliance with the budgets;
- Ensure that customers are provided with all services stipulated in the contracts, and are constantly informed about all relevant events or results;
- Regularly and timely cooperate with customers, provide relevant and correct information, adhere to the principles of honesty and openness;
- Analyze the results of team work, assess risks, provide proposals for improving processes and ensure compliance of processes with established procedures, initiating their updating or improvement;
- Organize actions between coordinators, dispatchers and subcontractors during incidents or critical situations, ensuring timely resolution of problems.
Employee requirements:
- Higher education (engineering, electrical engineering or management - an advantage);
- Experience in project and team management;
- Knowledge of electrical engineering and/or the operation of solar power plants and BESS;
- Ability to plan processes, prioritize activities, solve challenges in a time and resource-limited environment;
- Strong organizational, analytical and leadership skills;
- Good computer skills, experience working with management systems;
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
