Facility Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible and organized person to coordinate a special object on the coast, who would be able to manage processes, maintain smooth communication with contractors and ensure effective project implementation.

This is a position for someone who:

• has strong managerial skills,
• is able to coordinate people and work,
• knows how to solve situations,
• and is not afraid of responsibility.

What will you need to do:

• coordinate the work of contractors at the object,
• ensure the smooth progress of the project,
• communicate with partners and suppliers,
• transmit information and reports to management,
• monitor deadlines and work organization,
• resolve daily project issues.

• have good managerial and organizational skills,
• know how to communicate with different people,
• are responsible, independent and result-oriented,
• understand the principles of construction processes.

Important:
Engineering education is not necessary.
The most important thing is strong coordination, communication and the ability to manage the process.
