We are expanding our team and are looking for a responsible, organized and motivated team member in Kaunas who would coordinate various cleaning service projects and ensure high quality of services.
Nature of work
- Organization and coordination of various cleaning service projects;
- Planning and organizing work;
- Operational resolution of emerging situations;
- Communication with customers and team coordination;
- Responsibility for smooth, high-quality and timely implementation of projects.
Employee requirements
- You are responsible, organized and proactive;
- You are able to plan work, make decisions and manage priorities;
- You have good communication and team management skills;
- You know how to work independently;
- You are flexible and result-oriented;
- You have a category B driver's license;
- Experience in cleaning services is an advantage, but we will train those without experience.
The work is not limited to the office - you will need to travel to various locations, so mobility will be a natural part of the job.
