Facility Manager

Organizing cleaning services and ensuring smooth operation in the assigned facility;

Daily quality control of cleaning work and prompt problem solving;

Coordination of the cleaning team: distribution of work, supervision and motivation;

Training, induction and ongoing consultation of new employees;

Providing employees with the necessary tools, inventory and chemicals;

Effective communication with the client, understanding their needs and quick response;

Performing other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Experience in cleaning services (an advantage, but we can train a motivated candidate);

Management or team coordination experience is a great advantage;

Responsibility, organization and ability to work independently;

Good communication skills and customer orientation;

Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively;

Flexibility, initiative and a positive attitude to work;

Ability to plan time and priorities;

Driver's license (category B).
