FACILITY CLEANING MANAGER Vilnius Airport

To organize and coordinate the provision of quality cleaning services to customers at Vilnius Airport:

Planning, organizing, supervising and controlling cleaning work for the assigned facility;
Creating and controlling employee work schedules (cleaning programs) and remuneration management;
Selecting new employees, forming and training teams of cleaners and operators, motivating them;
Managing and controlling the facility's budget;
Ensuring quality control of services and effective operations, preparing for and participating in internal and external audits;
Ensuring a positive customer experience.

Higher or higher education;
Experience in the cleaning or service sector would be considered an advantage;
Constructive solution to complex situations, result orientation;
Ability to lead a team - skills in formation, organization, development;
Internal motivation to ensure the quality of work and customer satisfaction;
Responsibility, independence, excellent organizational skills, initiative;
Valid category B driver's license;
Russian and English language skills.

The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience.
