FACILITY CLEANING MANAGER Vilnius Airport

To organize and coordinate the provision of quality cleaning services to customers at Vilnius Airport:
Planning, organizing, supervising and controlling cleaning work for the assigned facility;
Creating, managing and controlling employee work schedules;
Selecting new employees, forming and training teams of cleaners and operators, motivating them;
Managing and controlling the facility's budget;
Checking and supervising the quality of cleaning work provided;
Ensuring a positive customer experience.

Management experience in the field of cleaning services would be an advantage;
Ability to solve problems promptly and independently;
Ability to lead a team - skills in formation, organization and development (showing an example of how to do the job);
Internal motivation to ensure the quality of work and customer satisfaction;
Responsibility, independence, initiative;
Excellent communication skills with various people;
Knowledge of Russian and English.
