Your daily activities at work would be:
Supervision and control of service quality at facilities;
Organization and coordination of employee work;
Training and introduction of new team members to work processes;
Scheduling and management of administrative documentation;
Ensuring compliance with quality standards and providing suggestions for process improvement;
Communication with customers, needs analysis and problem solving;
Prompt response to daily operational challenges.

Similar work experience in the service sector;
Ability to independently plan work and make decisions;
Responsibility, organization and good communication skills;
Good computer and document administration skills;
Knowledge of English and Russian (advantage);
Category B driver's license (required).
