PROJECT MANAGEMENT MANAGER

Facility and project management from order transfer to successful project completion;
Planning, organizing and coordinating project work, ensuring set deadlines, quality and budget;
Control of project contractual obligations, scope of work, deadlines and other requirements;
Organization and coordination of work at the facility, in cooperation with the customer, contractors, subcontractors and other project participants;
Planning and coordination of production, supply and installation processes;
Project progress control, prompt identification and resolution of problems and risks;
Cooperation with design, production, supply, installation and sales teams;
Administration of project documentation, schedules, completed work reports, orders and other information related to project implementation;
Participation in resolving technical and organizational issues, submitting proposals for more efficient project implementation;
Coordination of project completion, delivery and settlement processes for completed work;
Constant communication with the client and project participants, ensuring smooth project implementation from start to finish.

Higher or higher technical education (in civil engineering or a similar field - an advantage);
Work experience in managing and implementing medium to large-scale projects, preferably in the field of construction, interior or technical solutions;
Ability to plan, organize and coordinate several projects and processes simultaneously;
Ability to read and understand technical documentation and drawings;
Basics of AutoCAD;
Ability to control project deadlines, scope of work, quality and costs;
Good organizational, communication and problem-solving skills;
Ability to communicate constructively with clients, suppliers, contractors and internal company teams;
Responsibility, initiative, independence and result orientation;
Technical thinking and good computer skills;
Knowledge of English and/or Russian - an advantage;
Category B driver's license - an advantage.
