Planing machine and production line operator

Main tasks for the employee:

• Ensure safe, efficient and high-quality operation of the wood planing line, producing products according to established quality standards, production plan and technological requirements.
• The operator is responsible for preparing the machines for work, their adjustment, the quality of the manufactured products and the smooth execution of the production process.

Main responsibilities:

Production process management

Control the wood planing machines and the production line.
Prepare the machines for work according to the production task.
Perform product profile changes and precise adjustment.
Ensure a continuous production process.
Control wood loading devices.
Monitor production efficiency and achieve established production plans.
Product quality assurance

Check the quality of raw materials supplied to production.
Constantly monitor the dimensions, surface quality and other parameters of the manufactured products.
If discrepancies are noticed, immediately adjust the settings or stop production.
Ensure that only products that meet quality requirements reach the customer.
Machine tool maintenance

Perform daily machine tool maintenance.
Notice wear and tear or potential malfunctions in a timely manner.
Eliminate minor malfunctions independently.
Cooperate with maintenance specialists in the event of more complex malfunctions.
Maintain a clean and tidy workplace.

Required:

Secondary or vocational education.

Responsibility and diligence.

Ability to work in a team.

Good technical thinking skills.

Ability to learn quickly.

Ability to work according to instructions.

Computer literacy (basic level).
