This is a very active and dynamic position, where a large part of the work consists of communicating by phone with patients in Lithuania and abroad. Therefore, we value not only organization, but also strong communication skills, the ability to quickly navigate situations and maintain professionalism in an intense work rhythm.

What to do:
- Communicate with patients in a professional and pleasant manner by phone, text and in the clinic
- Register patients and coordinate visits
- Answer patients' questions about treatment, progress and clinic services
- Coordinate doctors' work schedules
- Ensure a smooth patient journey from first contact to clinic visit
- Work with the clinic's administrative system and accurately enter information
- Accept payments and administer documentation
- Promptly resolve daily situations and assist the clinic team
- Communicate with international patients in English
What to expect:
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in a call center is a big advantage

- Fluent in Lithuanian and good knowledge of English
