Dental Clinic Administrator (s)

Dental clinic "About Smile" in the center of Vilnius is looking for an administrator to join our team for a 0.75 full-time position.
We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of administrative or customer service experience. Responsibility, pleasant communication, organization and the ability to independently deal with everyday situations are important to us.
Main responsibilities:

• welcoming and serving patients in the clinic;
• managing calls, messages and e-mails;
• registering patients, coordinating and rescheduling visits;
• managing doctors' work schedules;
• informing patients about planned visits;
• accepting payments and issuing invoices;
• ensuring daily reception order;
• communicating with doctors and assistants when resolving current issues;
• other tasks related to the smooth operation of the reception.

We hope that you:

• have at least 1 year of administrative/customer service work experience;
• are able to communicate with people in a pleasant and professional manner;
• are responsible, attentive and organized;
• are able to plan your work and solve everyday situations;
• work well in a team;
• speak and write fluently in Lithuanian, English and Russian is an advantage.

Experience in dentistry or another healthcare institution is a great advantage.
We will discuss the work schedule individually.
