The dental clinic is looking for a responsible, organized and result-oriented Clinic Manager \(\-o\) / Senior Administrator \(\-ius\) who is able to manage processes in the clinic, coordinate the team and ensure a high level of patient service.

Job Description

• organize daily clinic activities and ensure smooth work;
• coordinate the patient registration and service process;
• organize the work of doctors, reception and administration teams;
• plan and monitor work schedules;
• ensure quality, order and smooth communication of patient service;
• monitor and improve administrative processes;
• resolve conflict and non-standard situations;
• cooperate with suppliers, partners and service providers;
• monitor the clinic's performance indicators and increase work efficiency.

Candidate requirements

• have a higher or higher education;
• have at least 2 years of administrative, coordination or management work experience;
• have excellent work organization, planning and team coordination skills;
• be able to independently make decisions, manage several processes simultaneously and take responsibility;
• have a high customer service culture, professional communication and good problem-solving skills;
• have good computer skills;
• have excellent command of the Lithuanian language;
• have good command of the English language
• have experience in dentistry, medicine or healthcare - an advantage.
