We are currently looking for an administrator to join our team, who will help ensure the smooth running of the clinic and a pleasant patient experience.

- Welcoming, registering and providing information to patients.
- Managing phone calls, emails and patient inquiries.
- Scheduling visits and coordinating doctors' work schedules.
- Receiving bills and handling related documents.
- Ensuring smooth information transfer between patients, doctors and other team members.
- Organizing the daily administrative activities of the clinic.
Employee requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Responsibility, organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently solve everyday situations and work in a team.
- Good computer skills.
- Fluent in Lithuanian (other languages are an advantage).
- Experience in customer service or administration is an advantage.
- Experience working in dentistry or another healthcare institution is a great advantage.
