About the position:
We are looking for a dental clinic administrator who wants to create a warm and caring experience for our patients and become an integral part of the Smile Academy team.
You will be the first person to greet our patients. Every day you will take care of patient registration and appointment scheduling, coordinate doctors' schedules, promptly resolve organizational issues, and provide assistance to team members. This is an active, dynamic, and versatile position that will definitely involve communication and action.

Your daily responsibilities:
- representative communication with clinic patients;
- patient registration and visit planning;
- meeting, accompanying, consulting patients;
- prompt and accurate data entry in the clinic's information system;
- providing information about the services offered by the clinic;
- accepting payments for services, registering payments in the program, issuing invoices, working at the cash register;
- cooperation with the clinic team;
- general clinic maintenance and ensuring order.
For successful work you will need:
- excellent organization and ability to remain calm even at an intense pace, when everyone needs everything "here and now";
- smooth communication skills, clear communication and a positive attitude when interacting with patients and colleagues;
- attention to detail, thoroughness and helpfulness;
- excellent computer skills;
- ability to express thoughts fluently in Lithuanian, and knowledge of Russian and English is a great advantage.
Important:
We will consider work experience in a dental clinic or other medical clinic as your advantage.
