We are looking for an experienced Clinic Director for a new, high-level implantology clinic in Palanga. This is not an administrative position, we are looking for someone with strong organizational skills who will manage processes, the team and the result.
What to do:
- Organize and manage the daily activities of the clinic
- Ensure a smooth patient journey from first contact to the end of treatment
- Manage the team (reception, treatment coordinators, assistants, doctors)
- Implement and control clinic protocols
- Solve problems quickly and independently
- Implement dental tourism goals
- Communicate with international patients (English)
- Organize international training (logistics, doctor coordination, patients)
What to expect:
- Experience in clinic management (dentistry - an advantage)
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to organize, control and take responsibility
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Independence
- Stress resistance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
Starting at 2000 EUR, depending on experience, plus a motivational bonus system for results
