About the position:
We are currently looking for a motivated and professional Dental Clinic Manager who is knowledgeable in the field of dentistry and has experience in team management and sales management. If you are hardworking, responsible, attentive and able to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks at the same time, we want to get to know you and invite you to join the "Şypsenos akademija" team.
Your main responsibility:
Ensure the smooth operation of the dental clinic and the growth of the clinic's income and profitability.

Your daily responsibilities:
- development and presentation of treatment plans to patients (in collaboration with the doctor) and focused work on increasing the implementation of consultations and treatment plans;
- selection of the fastest and most suitable solution for the patient;
- ensuring high quality of services - implementation and maintenance of service standards, representation of patient-oriented values;
- planning, organizing the work of the clinic and ensuring smooth operations, in collaboration with the team;
- planning the need for medical personnel, creating schedules and organizing effective work;
- ensuring general order and quality standards in the clinic;
- analysis of the clinic's financial goals and their targeted implementation.
We hope you:
- have experience in leading a team, know how to manage a team, know how to be its leader and inspire and motivate;
- have work experience in medicine, experience in the field of dentistry is your advantage;
- are able to manage a large amount of information;
- are able to plan and organize your own and others' work;
- are able to solve problems quickly and react quickly in stressful situations;
- are attentive, thorough, helpful, accurate, logically thinking, observant;
- have good computer skills;
- express your thoughts fluently and clearly in Lithuanian, and we will consider your English and Russian language skills as your advantage.
