About the position:
We are looking for a Dental Clinic Call Center Manager to join our team.
You will be the first voice that our clients will hear when they contact us. If you enjoy communication, dynamics, are able to quickly navigate situations and want to contribute to a quality patient experience - this position is just for you.

What are you going to do?
- communicate with clients by phone;
- register patients for appointments;
- help people find the most suitable solutions;
- consult about services and offers;
- collaborate with clinic teams;
- contribute to creating a quality customer experience.

Important:
Work experience in a call center (contact center) and experience in a dental clinic or other medical institution - Your advantage.

Workload: 40 hrs./week (1 et.).
Work schedule is flexible, I-V interval from 8.00 am. to 7.00 pm., 30-60 min. lunch break. (8 working hours per day), e.g. 8:00-16:30, 8:30-17:00, 9:00-17:30, 9:30-18:00, 10:00-18:30, 10:30-19:00).
1 time per month work on Saturday from 8:00 to 17:00 (for this 1 free working day is given).

Salary 1000-1200 Eur/month, after taxes. The final salary is negotiated individually, taking into account the candidate's experience and professional skills.
