Nature of work
- Monitor public procurement announcements and select tenders relevant to the company.
- Analyze procurement conditions, technical specifications and qualification requirements, assess opportunities for participation and possible risks.
- Prepare and submit proposals: collect necessary documents, prepare descriptions of the proposed goods and justify their compliance with technical requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team and manufacturers on product selection, technical information and pricing of proposals.
- Prepare inquiries regarding procurement conditions, responses to requests from contracting authorities and, if necessary, coordinate the preparation of claims.
- Coordinate the conclusion of contracts for won tenders, monitor their terms, obligations and progress.
What are we hoping for
- Practical experience in preparing and submitting proposals in public procurement on the supplier side.
- Knowledge of public procurement procedures and the legal acts regulating them.
- Experience in working with electronic public procurement systems.
- Ability to independently analyze procurement documents, notice discrepancies and substantiate the compliance of the proposal with arguments.
- Good knowledge of English, necessary to understand technical documentation and communicate with manufacturers.
- Attention to detail, responsible approach to deadlines and ability to coordinate several tenders simultaneously.
We will consider it an advantage
- Experience in public procurement of dental or medical equipment and supplies.
- Knowledge of dental products and their technical characteristics.
