Nature of work
Analysis of clinic performance indicators, efficiency assessment and initiation of improvement decisions;
Cooperation with clinic managers and staff in solving organizational issues;
Optimization of processes and implementation of performance improvement initiatives;
Contribution to the implementation of strategic decisions;
Hybrid work model.

Employee requirements
At least 2 years of successful experience in the medical field (experience in dentistry is a great advantage);
High sense of responsibility, diligence and initiative;
Strong negotiation and project management skills;
Excellent MS Excel skills;
Category B driver's license.
