Odoo ERP Senior Financial Consultant

We are looking for an experienced ERP consultant who does not want to follow other people's specifications, but wants to make decisions himself: analyze the client's business, design processes and implement them in the Odoo ERP system.

• Business needs analysis: interviews with client managers and subject matter experts, assessment of the current situation (AS-IS), identification of problems and limitations.
• Process modeling BPMN notation: creation of AS-IS and TO-BE process diagrams, coordination with the client and transfer to the implementation team.
• FitGap analysis: comparison of standard Odoo functionality with client

needs, proposal and justification of solutions (standard / configuration / individual
programming).

• Odoo ERP system implementation: configuration of finance, accounting and related

modules, data migration planning, preparation of test
scripts, launch into the production environment.

• Preparation of functional specifications for the programming team and acceptance of the created

solution.

• User training, consulting and support after implementation.
• Mentoring of junior consultants and improving internal methodology.
• Part of the work - on business trips in Lithuania and Latvia.

Required:

• At least 3 years of practical work experience with any ERP system -

Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central, SAP,
Oracle, Odoo or other equivalent system.

• Participation in at least several complete ERP implementation projects (from

needs analysis to launch).

• Knowledge of BPMN notation and the ability to independently create business

process diagrams (Bizagi, Camunda, draw.io, Visio, etc.).

• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes (GAAP, purchases, sales,

fixed assets, cost, VAT, closing procedures).

• Higher education (finance / economics / accounting / information

systems / project management).

• English, allowing you to work freely with documentation and communicate with

foreign customers and partners.

• Ability to communicate with the client in a structured manner: listen, formulate

precise questions, say "no" and justify the decision.

• Category B driver's license.

Advantage:

• Odoo implementation experience or Odoo certificates.
• Experience in manufacturing (MRP), warehouse or project accounting modules.
• Experience in integrations with external systems (API, EDI, 3PL, e-commerce).
• SQL basics, ability to read data structures.
• Project management experience or certificates.
• Latvian, Russian or Polish languages.
