Nature of work
Working with various companies (production, sales, services) consulting and analyzing ERP needs of companies. The main goal: to conduct the company's processes according to the Odoo system's standard operation, and if it is determined that the Odoo standard operation cannot meet the client's needs - to form tasks for the programmers, test the results and present them to the clients.
We work with medium and large Lithuanian companies, the work with clients is long-term. The goal: to establish not only technical, but also friendly relations with representatives of the client's team.

Requirements for the candidate:
Excellent understanding of how ERP systems work;
Experience in implementing ERP systems;
Excellent written/online/live communication skills;
Logical thinking, the ability to properly create a list of work priorities;
Appropriate approach to the client in order to achieve close relations by analyzing and thinking for the client, what Odoo capabilities can be additionally applied in the existing Odoo systems of the clients;
Good knowledge of English;
Responsibility, availability, orientation to the result;
Experience in implementing ERP systems;
